How to custom your private packaging?
1. Choose the box model NO. From our catalog or advise your box.
2. Send us your details, including the box size, shape, and color in Pantone or CMYK and the logo file in PDF or AI, and give your comments on the front, inside, and back of the box. Please inform us of the words you want to put on the packaging.
3. We need 1-2days to process your draft artwork.
4. Give us feedback if it needs adjustments.
5. We sent the changed draft for your confirmation.
6. Mass production will be made after your confirmation of the artwork.
7. Bulk order needs 15-20 days for production time. The delivery time depends on your quantity.
8. The charge=box charge + shipping cost.
Are you able to create a new lash styles for me?
Definitely YES! We are a real lash factory, so we always create some new products every season! Creating new lashes will incur costs, so we suggest you choose lash from our current 4500+ styles. If there is still no style that you are satisfied with, we will be happy to accept your customized needs and do our best to achieve them!
